We treat your property like a high-yield asset so you don't have to manage the daily grind.

  • Tier 2: Design & Launch Perfect for new acquisitions. We curate a "thumb-stopping" aesthetic, source all furnishings, and handle the full staging and professional photography. We don’t just set up a house; we build a brand that justifies premium nightly rates.

  • Tier 3: Strategic Consulting For the "DIY" host who needs a professional audit. We provide a 1-on-1 roadmap, including a revenue audit to see where you're leaving money on the table, listing optimization, and help setting up your "Tech Stack" (pricing and automation tools).

  • Tier 4: 1:1 Professional Coaching Designed for investors who want to manage their own portfolios using the "Guest House" playbook. We offer bespoke mentorship on market positioning, hospitality design, and provide you with our proven operational templates and checklists.

How do I get started?

Our process is designed to ensure a profitable and seamless partnership. Because we prioritize quality over quantity, we follow a specific "Onboarding Roadmap" to ensure your property is ready to perform:

  1. The Strategy Call: Everything begins with a 1:1 Intro Call. This is where we discuss your goals and determine which of our tiers—Management, Design, or Coaching—is the best fit for your needs. Book your call here.

  2. The Property Tour: For management clients, we tour the property (ideally with you!) to assess the layout, amenities, and revenue potential. This is a "fit" check for both parties to ensure a successful long-term partnership.

  3. The Deficiency & Inventory Audit: Following the tour, we provide a Deficiency List and a required Amenity Checklist. These standards are what allow us to maintain 5-star accuracy across our entire portfolio. We also guide you through the STR licensing requirements for your specific municipality.

  4. The Launch Prep: You have the choice to bring the property up to speed yourself using our roadmap, or you can opt for our "Done-For-You" Launch Package, where our team handles every detail on the deficiency list for you.

  5. Go Live: Once the inventory is set and the license is in hand, we launch your property into our professional network and start generating revenue.

For Coaching and Individual Consultations, the process is even simpler: Just start by booking a call!
