Lauren Harasty, Guest House Founder
After living in Toronto for 10 years and working in retail management for a major Canadian department store, Lauren moved home to Niagara Falls and created Guest House. It is born out of a love for hospitality and the customer experience, and ties in Lauren’s experience of managing sales, people, and operations.
Lauren enjoys reading and is a member of two book clubs, loves to cook (but not bake), and on any given summer day can be found by a beach or pool. When not working on Guest House, Lauren enjoys staying at unique Airbnb’s and boutique hotels in Ontario, and checking out every new restaurant, cafe and shop in the Niagara region (check out our Local Tips page!).
Lauren holds a BAH in History & English Literature from Queen’s University, an OCGC in Book & Magazine Publishing from Centennial College.
