We want to make your short-term rental business as hassle-free as possible, right from the get-go. We offer a turkey package that will get your place furnished, stocked with supplies, and ready to go live online. This is the perfect option for a recently purchased investment property. We use tasteful, appealing furniture and decor that complements your home for a cohesive feel.
We do the work of shopping, delivery, assembly, and organization. We’re Airbnb hosts ourselves, so we know what is needed to be ready to go live online. We will provide you with all of the necessities and supplies that you need to be set up for success.
Gone are the days of throwing a bunch of old furniture into a space and calling it a short-term rental. Now, guests are looking for modern amenities and inspiring decor—an experience. It’s our job to create that in your space.
How it works:
Set a Budget: We discuss what you already have that can be used in the space, and build a budget from there. For reference, it costs roughly 7k to fully furnish and stock a 1-bedroom apartment using brand new furnishings. Remember that you’ll make this money back in the next few months.
We charge a flat fee for set up that we will discuss. Our fees vary depending on square footage, number of bedrooms, and location. We require a 50% deposit of our fee up front, and the other 50% upon completion of the project.
Create a Design Plan: Are there certain features you want your airbnb to have? A particular feel or inspiration you’d like the design to have? For example, your rental is located by the beach so you want it to have a California inspired, bohemian feel to it. If you don’t have a preference, that’s ok! We can do this for you.
Hand over the keys and let us do the work: Depending on delivery schedules, etc, it takes us 2-3 weeks to fully furnish and set up a unit.
